- Your prescribing healthcare provider for the purpose of verifying or clarifying your prescription.
- BC PharmaCare and government health authorities as required by law for drug benefit programs and regulatory compliance.
- Our service providers (e.g., delivery, payment processing, IT services) who are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
- Regulatory bodies such as the CPBC, if required for a complaint investigation or compliance audit.

Our primary servers and data storage are located in Canada. If any of our service providers process data outside of Canada, we take steps to ensure that your information receives comparable privacy protection, in accordance with PIPEDA Schedule 1.

We retain your personal health information for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of the last professional service, or as otherwise required by BC pharmacy regulations and the CPBC. Other personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
